Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Optimize existing systems for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across multiple layers of the application stack.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
