Responsibility
- Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with MedGrocer’s business objectives, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Digital Transformation: Spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing, IoT) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Infrastructure & Security: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and local regulations for data privacy and IT operations.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Optimize IT budgets, prioritize investments, and allocate resources to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
- Innovation & R&D: Identify and pilot new technologies to future-proof MedGrocer’s digital capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in IT leadership roles, with a track record of driving digital transformation in healthcare, e-commerce, or logistics sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity frameworks, and agile methodologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business needs into actionable IT strategies and roadmaps.
- Leadership Skills: Strong people management abilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex technical and operational challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
