Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce configurations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs to streamline business processes and enhance data flow.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, workflows, and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure team success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
