Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for software development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
