Responsibility
- Assist in HR recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support IT operations by troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with system maintenance, and providing user support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and IT solutions.
- Participate in talent acquisition initiatives, such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics and IT performance indicators.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs, including organizing team-building activities and wellness initiatives.
- Support software development projects (if applicable) by assisting with testing, documentation, and basic coding tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends in HR and IT to provide innovative ideas and solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee relations) or IT concepts (e.g., programming, networking, cybersecurity).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
