Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and RPA solutions to automate business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize high-impact use cases for digital transformation.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of RPA workflows, including process mapping, bot development, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI and RPA systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in automation, AI tools, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases for automated processes and solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, RPA, and business applications to recommend innovative solutions.
- Measure and report on the ROI and business impact of digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, business process automation, or IT project management.
- Proven expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow analysis, and process optimization techniques.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certifications in RPA, AI, or project management (e.g., PMP, UiPath Certified) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration technologies (APIs, middleware).
