Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project management for ICT initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-level executives, internal teams, and external clients to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, milestones, and budgets, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and recommending scalable solutions.
- Virtual Team Coordination: Lead distributed teams across time zones, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, with a focus on user experience and business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within ICT, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certification (highly preferred).
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and familiarity with ICT systems/software.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and inspire high performance in remote settings.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
