Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Optimize and troubleshoot M365 services to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop and enforce security policies, compliance standards, and data governance for M365 environments.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate, or other scripting tools to improve efficiency.
- Monitor system health, usage, and performance metrics, and provide proactive recommendations for improvements.
- Provide Tier 3 support for M365-related incidents and service requests.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices, and recommend adoption where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, Intune).
- Proven experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 automation and management.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
