Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, development, and management) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and other business analysis artifacts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis and industry best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing ones.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) for the duration of the contract.
