Responsibility

  • Assist in the review and implementation of corporate compliance policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Draft, proofread, and maintain legal correspondence, contracts, and regulatory filings.
  • Perform thorough document audits to ensure all records comply with local labor and business regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address compliance-related inquiries and facilitate training.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
