Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure company compliance with local and international regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation, records, and reports for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance training and guidance on regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, incidents, or violations in a timely and confidential manner.
- Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support administrative tasks related to licensing, permits, and corporate filings to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and compliance management software.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Prior experience or internship in compliance, audit, or legal departments is a plus but not required.
