Responsibility
- Process and verify visa applications, ensuring all documents meet embassy/consulate requirements.
- Liaise with clients, embassies, and immigration authorities to resolve documentation issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, entry requirements, and travel regulations for key destinations.
- Prepare and review travel itineraries, supporting documents, and application forms for accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to streamline visa and travel support services.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on visa types, processing times, and alternative solutions for complex cases.
- Track application statuses and proactively communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and company protocols when handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, travel documentation, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of visa procedures for popular destinations (e.g., Schengen, US, Australia, Japan).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with travel management software.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
