Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance tracking.
- Handle general affairs tasks, including office management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and liaise with finance teams for accurate and timely payments.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
