Responsibility
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to optimize patient access and care delivery.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze patient flow data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of resource utilization and patient service metrics.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff related to resource planning processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology for improved scheduling and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations in all planning activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, resource planning, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
