Responsibility
- Assist in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Help monitor and report on compliance-related activities and findings.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze compliance data.
- Assist in preparing compliance training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to compliance initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance Department as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with compliance software or tools is a plus.
