Responsibility
- Verify and approve Sales Invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the delivery and pickup of materials, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and secure transactions.
- Manage and monitor the Petty Cash Fund, including reconciliation, disbursements, and reporting.
- Maintain organized records of all supporting documents for compliance audits and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in financial or operational documentation.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collections, compliance status, and fund utilization.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all financial and logistical processes.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders by addressing inquiries related to compliance and collections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, collections, or financial documentation roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with invoice verification processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and financial management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and accountability.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax and compliance regulations is a plus.
