Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
- Leverage financial software and ERP systems to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with a strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
