Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and optimize resource allocation. Your expertise will directly contribute to the organization’s growth and stability, making this an ideal role for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and process improvement.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate tender processes, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Lead administrative functions, including payroll, invoicing, and vendor payments.
- Optimize IT systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Manage school transport logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or administrative leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing tender processes, vendor contracts, or procurement.
- Familiarity with school transport or logistics coordination is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
