Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end Purchase to Pay (PTP) cycle, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Lead and mentor a team of AP specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile AP aging reports, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to streamline workflows and reduce processing time.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure SOX compliance.
- Drive process automation initiatives (e.g., e-invoicing, OCR) to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Handle vendor inquiries and disputes, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly AP reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or PTP operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax compliance (Indonesian regulations preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and AP automation tools.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, global environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in shared services or SSC setups.
