Responsibility
- Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimizing overdue balances.
- Conduct credit checks and assessments for new and existing clients to determine creditworthiness.
- Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit-related activities in the company’s ERP system.
- Generate regular reports on accounts receivable, aging analysis, and credit risk exposure for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce bad debt.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding billing and payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of credit control principles, financial statements, and collection strategies.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
