Responsibility
- Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Process and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and incentives.
- Prepare and analyze compensation reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Provide support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of HR budgets related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and compensation regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
