Join AspiraGlobal as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring our remote team in the Philippines receives accurate, compliant, and timely compensation. Based in beautiful Bali, you'll manage payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration using Sprout, while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Philippines team using Sprout and other HRIS tools.
  • Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and allowances.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and government-mandated contributions.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and reconcile timekeeping records to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
  • Generate and analyze compensation reports to support HR decision-making.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and benefits regulations in the Philippines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly Sprout, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
  • Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus.
