As the backbone of our HR team, you will handle end-to-end payroll management, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and BPJS (social security) administration. Responsibility
- Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements, tax deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other statutory entitlements, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data integrity for payroll and benefits-related information.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports, including salary summaries, tax filings, and social security contributions, using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement compensation strategies, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and performance-based bonuses.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation, providing clear and professional guidance.
- Assist in the annual salary review process, including data collection, analysis, and recommendations for adjustments.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and social security policies to ensure company compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, or HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis) is a must.
- Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local Indonesian HR systems) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security (BPJS) requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll and employee data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain complex payroll and benefits information clearly.
