Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for data-driven rewards and talent retention? Sagility is seeking a dedicated Compensation & Benefits Advisor to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will serve as the primary local subject matter expert, ensuring our C&B programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational goals in the Philippines.

You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing total rewards strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent. This is an exciting opportunity to influence organizational culture through strategic financial planning, performance-based incentive programs, and robust health and wellness benefit schemes.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of local labor regulations, and the ability to communicate complex compensation frameworks to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all compensation and benefits inquiries within the Philippines site.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures and benefit offerings.
  • Oversee the administration of annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
  • Manage vendor relationships for health insurance, HMO, and other employee welfare programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements, and company-wide HR policies.
  • Analyze payroll data and compensation metrics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Support the design and implementation of total rewards communication strategies to increase employee engagement and understanding of benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles within a BPO or large corporate environment.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine statutory benefits, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certification in HR or Compensation Management (e.g., CCP, PHR) is a significant advantage.
