Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for data-driven rewards and talent retention? Sagility is seeking a dedicated Compensation & Benefits Advisor to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will serve as the primary local subject matter expert, ensuring our C&B programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational goals in the Philippines.
You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing total rewards strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent. Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all compensation and benefits inquiries within the Philippines site.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures and benefit offerings.
- Oversee the administration of annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
- Manage vendor relationships for health insurance, HMO, and other employee welfare programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements, and company-wide HR policies.
- Analyze payroll data and compensation metrics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Support the design and implementation of total rewards communication strategies to increase employee engagement and understanding of benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles within a BPO or large corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of Philippine statutory benefits, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification in HR or Compensation Management (e.g., CCP, PHR) is a significant advantage.
