Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies tailored to the local market.
- Oversee payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align C&B policies with organizational goals and budget constraints.
- Utilize HRIS platforms to manage employee data, generate reports, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and addressing audit findings.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses to evaluate market competitiveness and recommend adjustments to compensation structures.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on C&B-related inquiries and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or regional setting.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CCP) is a plus but not required.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
