Responsibility

  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align C&B policies with organizational goals and budget constraints.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and addressing audit findings.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses to evaluate market competitiveness and recommend adjustments to compensation structures.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on C&B-related inquiries and resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational or regional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CCP) is a plus but not required.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
