Responsibility
- Administer and manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements.
- Design, implement, and evaluate total rewards programs, including compensation structures, bonuses, and incentives.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding compensation, benefits, and related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including tax obligations and reporting requirements.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop budgets and forecasts for compensation and benefits expenditures.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on compensation trends, employee satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Certification in Compensation and Benefits (e.g., CCP, CEBS) is a plus.
