Responsibility
- Pharmaceutical Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical projects, ensuring timely and compliant delivery from planning to execution.
- Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on medication management, regulatory compliance, and healthcare best practices.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription processing, and quality control.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pharmaceutical activities adhere to local and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
- Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, implement new technologies, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and clients on proper medication use, side effects, and health maintenance.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical transactions, client interactions, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy: Licensed pharmacist with a degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting, with experience in project management or client-facing roles.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and ethical standards in Indonesia or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results in a collaborative environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with pharmacy management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
