Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings, including blood pressure checks, vision tests, and general wellness assessments.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs to prevent injuries and promote well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of all employee health information.
- Educate employees on health best practices, including hygiene, ergonomics, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with local and international health regulations.
- Manage and restock the first aid kit and medical supplies, ensuring readiness for any situation.
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to reduce health risks (e.g., ventilation, lighting, sanitation).
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in occupational health or corporate settings.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle medical emergencies efficiently.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian standards).
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
