Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role is ideal for a compassionate and proactive healthcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. Responsibility
- Provide immediate on-site medical care for occupational injuries, illnesses, and emergencies.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and wellness checks for employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Administer first aid and basic medical treatments as needed.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices, including ergonomics and infection control.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the Philippines or Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and workplace safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and handle emergencies with composure.
- Proficient in medical documentation and record-keeping.
- Willingness to travel to different sites within Bali as needed.
