Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical care, first aid, and emergency response to employees, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness programs to promote a healthy workplace.
- Maintain accurate medical records and confidentiality in accordance with legal and company policies.
- Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation management.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in coordination with the HR team.
- Organize and facilitate employee training sessions on health, safety, and HR policies.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address health-related concerns and HR inquiries.
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to enhance employee well-being and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and administrative procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/medical software; experience with digital health records is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and occupational health is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
