Responsibility

  • Provide on-site medical care, first aid, and emergency response to employees, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness programs to promote a healthy workplace.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and confidentiality in accordance with legal and company policies.
  • Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation management.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in coordination with the HR team.
  • Organize and facilitate employee training sessions on health, safety, and HR policies.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address health-related concerns and HR inquiries.
  • Monitor workplace conditions and recommend improvements to enhance employee well-being and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/medical software; experience with digital health records is a plus.
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR and occupational health is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
