Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and dispensing medications while maintaining cost control.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care, including patient consultations, medication reviews, and health advice.
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and customer service.
- Drive digital health services, including online consultations, e-prescriptions, and telemedicine initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, suppliers, and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; licensed to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and digital health tools.
