Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate employees on health and wellness topics through workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor and manage workplace injuries and illnesses, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee referrals and specialized care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Valid nursing license and certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and health assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
