We are currently seeking a dedicated Company Doctor to join our team in Clark, Pampanga. In this role, you will serve as a primary healthcare provider for our corporate partners, focusing on the promotion of workplace wellness and the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
As a Company Physician, you will be instrumental in executing comprehensive health and wellness programs, conducting clinical consultations, and ensuring that our partners remain compliant with occupational health and safety standards. This position is ideal for a medical professional passionate about preventive medicine, health education, and corporate wellness management.
Responsibility
- Conduct routine and urgent medical consultations for employees within the facility.
- Implement and monitor workplace health and wellness programs to promote a proactive health culture.
- Manage and treat work-related illnesses and injuries, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations, including pre-employment and annual physical exams (APE).
- Provide medical guidance and health education to staff regarding occupational health risks.
- Collaborate with HR and safety teams to maintain compliance with DOLE occupational health standards.
- Coordinate with specialists or referral facilities for advanced care when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Physician (MD) in the Philippines.
- Board certification or completion of the Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in an occupational health or corporate clinic setting is an advantage.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to manage multiple patients in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and management.
- Proficiency in digital health records and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work full-time in the Clark Freeport Zone.
