Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing community engagement strategies to grow the HR leaders network.
- Create and curate compelling content (posts, newsletters, discussions) tailored to senior HR professionals.
- Monitor and moderate online discussions, ensuring a professional and constructive environment.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics (e.g., participation rates, content performance) and provide insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote community events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Identify and onboard new members, including outreach to potential HR leaders in Singapore and the region.
- Gather feedback from community members to improve programs and initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of virtual or hybrid networking events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for community building, networking, and professional development.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Slack, Discord) and community management tools.
- Basic knowledge of HR trends, challenges, and best practices is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with content creation (e.g., blog posts, social media) or event coordination is a bonus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with a stable internet connection.
