As a Community Growth & Club Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fostering connections, organizing events, and ensuring seamless operations at our padel clubs. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the padel community across Bali.
- Organize and coordinate padel tournaments, social events, and club activities.
- Facilitate matchmaking and ensure a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels.
- Oversee daily club operations, including facility management, equipment maintenance, and staff coordination.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and memberships through digital and local channels.
- Gather feedback from members to continuously improve the club experience.
- Manage partnerships with local businesses, sponsors, and sports organizations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all club locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, event coordination, or club operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Passion for sports, particularly racket sports, is a significant advantage.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools for event management, social media, and customer relationship management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
