As a Community Engagement Associate, you will design, implement, and evaluate programs that address the unique needs of Bali’s diverse populations. Responsibility
- Develop and execute community outreach programs to promote Vanguard Healthcare’s services and initiatives in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, NGOs, healthcare providers, and community groups.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in healthcare access and propose data-driven solutions.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, health camps, and awareness campaigns on public health topics.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community programs, preparing reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community feedback is integrated into service improvements.
- Represent Vanguard Healthcare at public events, forums, and media engagements to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for community projects to ensure efficient delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or NGO sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate community programs with measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with Bali’s cultural landscape and healthcare challenges is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and CRM software.
- Passion for community service and a commitment to ethical, inclusive practices.
