Responsibility
- Develop and execute community-based programs to improve financial literacy and resilience among MSMEs.
- Identify and assess the needs of local businesses, designing tailored interventions to support their growth.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to secure funding and resources for community projects.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of development programs, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate program outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Advocate for policy changes and initiatives that support MSME growth and financial inclusion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community development, MSME support, or financial inclusion programs.
- Proven track record in project management, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation.
- Strong understanding of MSME challenges, financial systems, and sustainable development principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and impact assessment tools.
