Responsibility
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and cultural events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with HR and facilities teams to optimize workspace design, amenities, and services for maximum comfort and productivity.
- Organize and promote internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and town halls, to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Monitor and report on employee satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Assist in the coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Support the implementation of sustainability and CSR initiatives within the workplace.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee engagement, office administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR or engagement platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Passion for creating inclusive and diverse workplace cultures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
