As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of data center projects, adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the testing, validation, and commissioning of critical infrastructure, ensuring all systems meet operational requirements.

Responsibility
- Lead and execute commissioning activities for data center projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, including testing protocols, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Identify and resolve commissioning issues, providing technical guidance and solutions to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports, including test results, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout the commissioning process.
- Provide training and support to operational teams during the handover phase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commissioning, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Cx.L1 to L3 commissioning processes and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using commissioning software and tools for testing and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Certification in commissioning (e.g., CCP, CxA) is a plus.
