Note: This role is 100% commission-based, with no fixed salary. Success depends on your drive, network, and ability to close deals.
Responsibility
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the Philippines or locally in Bali to promote SeaOilâs products and services.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches (virtual or in-person) to highlight the benefits of SeaOilâs offerings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients through exceptional service and follow-ups.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine your approach.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the team on market demands and client feedback to improve offerings.
- Compliance: Adhere to SeaOilâs sales policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or a related field (remote sales experience is a plus).
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a commission-based structure.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Filipino or Indonesian is advantageous.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, video conferencing (Zoom, Teams), and digital sales platforms.
- Networking Ability: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Location Flexibility: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Legal Compliance: Ability to work remotely in Indonesia (visa/work permit if applicable).
