Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Manage territory coverage efficiently using a motorcycle (provided or personal).
- Track sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or College Graduate (any field).
- Valid Driverās License and ability to operate a motorcycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales principles (training provided).
- Familiarity with Baliās geographic areas (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
