Responsibility
- Optimize and streamline the sewing process for footwear production to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sewing techniques into the manufacturing workflow.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards in stitching and assembly.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices for sewing and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the R&D team to incorporate new materials and techniques into the sewing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the footwear or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, machinery, and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CAD software or other engineering tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
