Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
