Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage end-to-end project tenders, including bid preparation, submission, and negotiation.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, project development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale project tenders and contract negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and financial analysis.
