Responsibility
- Oversee commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and financial reporting for M&E projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and tender processes for new projects.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide commercial insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present commercial reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of M&E project management and construction contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
- Familiarity with construction laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
