Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
- Mentor and coach employees to support their professional growth and career advancement.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure seamless access to training resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development to drive innovation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding of commercial business operations and their alignment with learning strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze data and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Certification in training or talent development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
