Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to commercial and operational teams.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance data analysis.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning strategies with business objectives and talent pipeline requirements.
- Mentor and coach high-potential employees to accelerate their career growth and readiness for leadership roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and performance improvements.
- Manage the talent pool by identifying, nurturing, and preparing employees for future leadership and specialized roles.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure innovative and relevant programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR business partner roles.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS, and digital learning tools is a plus.
