Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Southeast Asia.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all commercial activities.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development within the chemical analysis or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in Southeast Asia.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of the chemical analysis market, including trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region to meet with customers and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
