Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to launch and scale premium health, wellness, and beauty brands in Indonesia.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer trends.
- Build and manage high-performing sales, marketing, and distribution teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee branding, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for product distribution and marketing.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial leadership, preferably in the health, wellness, or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling brands in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail and consumer landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and work across Bali’s key regions.
