Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end administration of commercial façade projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to streamline project workflows and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
- Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing cost efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between on-site teams and off-site stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays or budget overruns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in façade project management or commercial construction administration.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale façade projects from design to installation and handover.
- Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials (e.g., glass, aluminum, cladding), and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with international construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT) and local Indonesian regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with occasional travel to project sites.
